Deeply understand users, their behaviors, needs and contexts through qualitative and quantitative research.
Conduct UX research activities such as interviews, usability testing, user journeys, heuristic analysis and hypothesis validation.
Define and evolve journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes, ensuring simple, intuitive and consistent experiences.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects, Engineering and Data teams, ensuring alignment between experience, technical feasibility and business objectives.
Contribute to defining and evolving the product vision, supporting discovery, prioritization and decision-making based on user experience.
Ensure visual and experience consistency through the use and evolution of Design Systems and interface patterns.
Actively participate in agile rituals such as refinement, planning, reviews and retrospectives.
Track experience and usage metrics, supporting continuous improvement and experience optimization.
Act as a user advocate within the organization, balancing customer, business and technology needs.
Requirements
Education: completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
Experience: Experience in UX Design, Product Design or related areas, working on digital products.

Strong knowledge of User Experience (UX) and User-Centered Design, including research, ideation, prototyping and validation.

Familiarity with digital product management, understanding roadmap, backlog, prioritization and value generation.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar.
Experience with Design Systems, accessibility and usability standards.
Basic knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy and content organization.
Ability to collaborate with technical teams, understanding architectural and engineering constraints and possibilities.
Familiarity with experience metrics such as usability, engagement, satisfaction and adoption.
Experience working in complex, agile and fast-evolving environments, dealing with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
