Lead and further develop our sales team (3 Sales Representatives + external support)
Ensure excellent sales execution in the B2B enterprise new-business segment
Actively support critical deals: lead workshops, participate in meetings, and secure closures
Take responsibility for pipeline quality, forecasting, and achieving targets
Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success within the Customer domain
Prepare and help shape the scaling of new-business activities (towards 2027)
Requirements
Several years of experience as Head of Sales or in a comparable role in the B2B enterprise environment
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
Strong closeness to operational reality – you can both lead and sell
Clarity, consistency, and ownership in decision-making
Appetite for growth, even when things are already going well
Industry background in HR Tech or Corporate Health (nice-to-have)
Experience in Marketing or Customer Success (nice-to-have)
