Own the BI roadmap and align with executive stakeholders on data initiatives for business growth
Act as the primary PO for the Tableau Cloud environment, managing dashboards from requirement gathering to user training
Lead and mentor the Data Engineering team, overseeing technical architecture and scalability of Kedro-based ETL pipelines
Create structured processes for BI requests, translating business questions into technical tasks
Maintain data integrity and manage QA processes to ensure accuracy of metrics like ARR and Funnel Conversion
Foster a data-driven culture by educating users across the organization on self-service using Tableau Cloud

6+ years in Data & Analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or "Lead" capacity within a SaaS or high-growth environment
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (Booked/Billed ARR, Churn, CAC, LTV) and Sales Funnel mechanics (Lead-to-Opp-to-Close)
Expert-level SQL and Tableau, strong familiarity with Python (specifically for data engineering/orchestration)
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable being "hands-on-strategic"—able to jump into a dashboard or a SQL query to meet deadlines
Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
