About this role
Role Overview
- Support customers in planning and implementing their cloud strategies (public, private, or hybrid)
- Use cloud services (public/private/hybrid) and container solutions (Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, or SUSE Rancher)
- Support projects from proposal through implementation to operations
- Provide impartial advice to customers, independent of the company's product portfolio
- Participate in cloud transformation projects at all stages, from design to implementation
Requirements
- 1–2 years' experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, or SUSE Rancher)
- Experience in designing, developing and/or deploying cloud-native applications
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe), DevOps and SRE principles
- Experience with scripting & automation (e.g., Linux Shell, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Python)
- Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery, cloud-native storage solutions, networking and security
- Experience with tools such as Git, Jira, Confluence
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively in technical and non-technical contexts
- Willingness to travel for project assignments
- Very good command of German and English
