Experience leading and developing expert teams in technical or analytical domains.
A track record of developing and implementing departmental strategies.
A good understanding of data and AI-enabled ways of working.
A collaborative mindset with a strong motivation to make it easier for others to do great work.
Professional proficiency in English.
