Partner with the Director of Global Revenue Programs to build strategic revenue events
Develop the Annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) into a year-round campaign
Lead, manage, and execute multiple complex, cross-functional projects
Manage and develop the annual Revenue Events calendar
Own the setup of projects using PM tools, creating templates, and maintaining documentation
Lead full budget management and expense reconciliation

8+ years of experience in corporate event management
Proven track record of managing large-scale, innovative global events (500+ attendees)
Proven experience managing large-scale budgets and navigating procurement/contracting processes
A track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and under pressure
Comfortable communicating and collaborating with senior leaders
Willingness to travel globally to manage on-site execution for key events (approx. 30-50%)
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, or related field required
