German language skills (written and spoken) at least C1 level; English skills are a plus
Degree in information technology such as Computer Science or Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification
Extensive experience in both frontend and backend development
Proven project experience in software development
Ideally experience in the banking or insurance industry, or strong interest in getting to know these sectors
Broad technology stack including Spring Boot, Angular, and Docker/OpenShift alongside common modern software development technologies
Deep knowledge of software design and architecture
Familiarity with modern methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and continuous integration/delivery
Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, combined with the desire and patience to share your knowledge and experience
