About this role
Role Overview
- Creatively solving technical and conceptual challenges and overseeing implementations
- Responsible for the solution design of complex software systems and application landscapes
- Planning and creating solution architectures and cross-cutting concepts
- Ensuring non-functional requirements (state-of-the-art quality and security standards)
- Cross-team coaching and leadership in architecture, design, implementation and methodology
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with various stakeholders across multiple teams
- Producing architecture documentation (arc42, C4)
- Modern technology stack in Java, JavaScript, cloud and DevOps environments, and other technologies depending on the project context
Requirements
- Fluent in German, spoken and written (C1); good command of English
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in solution architecture
- Solid experience in specifying and designing software architectures (e.g., UML, DDD, OOA, OOD)
- Very good and broad technical architecture knowledge around cloud, security, and platform requirements
- Ideally ISAQB or similar certifications
- Pragmatism, solution orientation, and strong abstraction skills
- Excellent communication and argumentation skills
