Manage invoice processing using the Zone Capture tool (automated pre-entry, accounting and analytical allocation, tax checks)
Prepare and participate in payment runs
Monitor receipts in coordination with the Sales Administration team
Manage payroll and expense reimbursements
Review and import accounting journal entries
Handle bank operations and perform reconciliations
Record provisions, including cut-off entries
Prepare VAT returns
Perform account reconciliations
Manage fixed assets (acquisitions, disposals, accounting allocation)
Post monthly payroll journal entries provided by external partners
Contribute occasionally to initiatives related to business development
Participate in knowledge sharing and the development of internal expertise

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience
Strong knowledge of general and subsidiary ledgers and operational cash management
Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken (B2 level)
Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high volume of transactions
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
