About this role
Role Overview
- Work alongside existing attorneys and support staff in Ohio
- Assist existing attorneys with their caseloads
- Independently carry a diverse caseload
- Review documentation related to Ohio and Kentucky default practice
- Draft and review pleadings and other case-related documents
- Evaluate files and provide legal opinions
- Advise clients regularly on various issues relating to file level scenarios
- Attend and effectively represent clients at virtual and in-person hearings
Requirements
- Licensed in the state of Ohio and Kentucky
- 3+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Experience in foreclosure, title, and/or financial services required
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Requires membership and good standing with the Ohio State Bar
