About this role
Role Overview
Handling outbound and inbound telephone contacts;
Managing tickets in the platform chat;
Handling incidents received via WhatsApp;
Interaction with partner suppliers;
Interaction with Incentivar’s internal teams to resolve incidents;
Tracking and controlling all activities for reporting to requesting areas;
Making necessary adjustments in the cockpit related to participant registration;
Requirements
At least 6 months of experience in customer service;
Familiarity with CRMs such as Movidesk, Zendesk, or similar platforms;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Proactive and collaborative (team player).
