Analyze non-functional test results and identify opportunities to optimize applications;
Propose and implement source code improvements to increase application performance and scalability;
Assist in evaluating algorithms, design patterns and development best practices;
Collaborate in interpreting application bottlenecks and behaviors identified through non-functional tests;
Participate in validating implemented improvements, supporting analysis of new performance results;
Contribute to application configuration and instrumentation;
Implement adjustments for non-functional requirements;
Contribute to the technical documentation of optimizations performed;
Work together with development and infrastructure teams to resolve moderately complex technical issues;
Actively participate in technical meetings with development, architecture and infrastructure teams;
Support the preparation of technical reports.

Strong knowledge of Java (11 or higher), Python and SQL;
Practical experience developing and/or optimizing Java applications, preferably with Quarkus and/or Spring Boot;
Practical knowledge of microservice architectures;
Experience with version control tools (GitHub);
Clear understanding of application performance principles;
Ability to analyze code and propose effective solutions for performance and scalability improvements;
Intermediate knowledge of algorithms, data structures and design patterns;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred:
Experience with AWS and related services;
Experience with testing tools: k6, JMeter and Gatling;
Knowledge of Kubernetes and containers;
Knowledge of Kafka;
Experience creating CI/CD pipelines.
