Role Overview
- Generate strategic thinking to support medium
- and long-term decision-making
- Contribute to improving Ipiranga's results and profitability by generating insights and action plans
- Interface with multiple business areas, requiring strong communication and organization when sourcing data and understanding internal sources
- High-level written and verbal communication, idea structuring, and data storytelling
- Comparative analyses of financial and operational results of companies in the sector
- Analyses of financial impacts (tax, profitability, trading, commercial, etc.)
- Development of insights and action plans to improve company profitability
- Development of the regional strategic plan, monitoring initiatives and identifying new opportunities
- Preparation of executive presentations for directors, board, and holding
Requirements
- Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, controllership, treasury, investor relations (IR), and related areas
- Proactive in sourcing data and understanding internal sources across business areas
- Advanced knowledge of corporate finance and strategy
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields
- Proficiency in English
- Availability to work on a 4x1 hybrid model (4 days in the office and 1 day remote) at the Rio de Janeiro, RJ office.
