Cost planning & budgeting: Creation and maintenance of cost and budget plans
Project cost controlling: Conducting planned-vs-actual comparisons and analyzing variances
Reporting & decision support: Preparation of cost control reports and financial updates
Interfaces & commercial project support: Close collaboration with project management, engineering, procurement/tendering and finance/controlling

Degree in engineering, construction management or a comparable field
Experience in the commercial management of construction, infrastructure or large-scale projects (cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting)
Strong analytical understanding of costs, risks and project profitability
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (and PowerPoint); ideally also MS Project/SharePoint
Experience with SAP
Advantageous: experience with AVA software, e.g., RIB iTWO
Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1)
