Monitor planned vs. actuals and identify variances

Prepare cost control reports and financial updates

Build a cost database and support funding application processes
Requirements
Degree in engineering, construction management or a related field
Experience in the commercial/financial management of construction, infrastructure, or large-scale projects (cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting)
Strong analytical understanding of costs, risks and financial viability
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (and PowerPoint); ideally also MS Project/SharePoint
