About this role

Support for business areas;
Understanding, analysis and creation of documentation for business processes to be automated, including As-Is and To-Be process diagrams and user instructions;
Design of automation architecture and test plans;
Development and validation of RPA processes on the UiPath platform;
Provide guidance to less experienced team members and promote knowledge sharing;
Contribute to the team's evolution by applying new procedures and practices and identifying new technologies that can be applied to automation;

Senior-level experience with RPA;
Proficiency with UiPath tools, including Studio and Orchestrator;
Knowledge of the REFramework, HTML, databases (SQL Server), development and testing best practices for automations, BPMN and APIs;
Intermediate-level Excel;
Skills in process analysis, flowchart design and creating step-by-step process documentation, with the ability to develop test plans for automations;
Strong communication skills with peers and business stakeholders;
Ability to translate technical terms into plain language;
Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting improvements for team processes and automations;
Willingness and interest to learn;
Organized, delivery-focused and able to meet deadlines;
