Collaborate with senior leadership to align incentive plans with organizational objectives
Analyze compensation data to identify trends and provide strategic insights
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales incentive programs
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
