Responsible for managing the technical aspects of legal cases, conducting strategic analyses and proposing defenses aligned with internal guidelines.
Organize deadlines, case movements and communication with clients and judicial bodies.
Draft legal pleadings using standardized templates, review documents prepared by less-experienced colleagues, and participate in hearings, judicial conferences and negotiations.
Monitor daily the cases under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with operational workflows and legal deadlines.
Provide guidance to legal team members on low-complexity tasks and contribute to internal training sessions.
Produce strategic reports, conduct legal research and request supplementary documents to strengthen defenses.
Collaborate with quality management and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001), participate in audits and promote continuous process improvements. Work on data protection and information security by identifying risks and ensuring integrity of procedures under your responsibility.

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
Knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure
Knowledge of Banking Law
Experience drafting legal pleadings, contracts and settlements
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Office Suite)
