Requirements
6+ years experience as a Product Designer in a fast paced environment.
Autonomously advocate for real user needs, business strategy, and a consistent and easeful experience for users throughout the whole product lifecycle process.
Craft user-friendly, delightful experiences with a high bar for visual polish, information architecture, and cognitive load.
Bring a strong POV – articulate pros / cons of ideas based on research, user data, or other reasoning. Vocal on strategy, biz acumen, and empathy for users. Estimate design time when tasked on multiple projects.
Autonomously ship features from 0
1 with high bar for IA, UX, UI, final visuals.
