Role Overview

• You're top of the class in marketing strategy. We are top of the class in AI enablement.
• Together it's a 10x match: you bring your strategic marketing expertise and, in return, get to experience first-hand how an AI-first company operates.
• In weekly exchanges with our founders Jens Polomski and Moritz Heininger, you'll learn how to use AI meaningfully in your day-to-day work and career.
• Develop marketing strategy: you define the overarching snipKI brand strategy — positioning, messaging, audience segmentation and channel strategy.
• Derive & prioritize initiatives: you translate strategy into the right marketing initiatives and decide which levers will have the greatest impact.
• Manage execution & roll up your sleeves: you don’t just manage — you also get hands-on. We don’t do strategy papers without execution.
• AI integration: together with us you’ll find ways to accelerate market research, content planning, segmentation and analytics using AI tools.
• Optional – content for the learning platform: if you’re interested, you can create AI marketing tutorials for our platform. Not required, but an exciting opportunity.

Requirements

• Marketing strategy expertise: demonstrable experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies — ideally in B2B, tech or startup settings.
• Cross-channel thinking: you understand how content marketing, performance, email, social media and PR interact — even if you don’t execute everything yourself.
• AI affinity: you have initial experience with AI and a strong appetite to dive deeper.
• Hands-on: you don’t wait for instructions; you see where to jump in. Strategy without execution is not our thing at snipKI.
