Role Overview
- Represent the voice of the client in projects
- Prepare a range of products and services for a positive member/client experience
- Collaborate with the project developer and business analyst
- Manage relationships with stakeholders
- Lead and influence specialists and stakeholders in multiple sectors
- Establish product backlog for significant projects
- Advise and assist clients with strategic mandates
- Oversee the development of policies and programs for strategic projects
- Identify and analyze problems, developing diagnostics and recommendations
- Coach other product owners
- Represent the unit in senior management dealings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
