About this role
Role Overview
Promote alignment between the company's business units and the Human Resources department, acting as the interface between business areas, people management and HR, and serving as a consultant to company leadership. Coordinate HR activities including training, recruitment and selection, onboarding and termination of employees, and develop compensation and benefits plans.
Define methodologies, ensure their application and manage the company's organizational climate with the objective of maintaining high engagement levels to achieve the organization's strategic goals.
Propose methodologies and ensure execution of the company's performance management cycle to ensure effective talent management, promote a meritocratic culture and secure a pipeline for organizational growth.
Propose and implement succession and talent development plans through coaching, mentoring and other programs to ensure retention and a succession pipeline for the company.
Coordinate the onboarding process for all new employees, providing an engaging experience aligned with the organization's strategy to ensure rapid cultural assimilation and early performance.
Design, implement and continuously evolve Tenda's corporate learning architecture through a learning culture that drives development of the organizational capabilities relevant to achieving strategic objectives.
Design, implement and continuously evolve early-talent programs (internships, sales talent programs, apprenticeships and others) to generate a qualified pipeline that delivers long-term value to the company.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
Knowledge of CLT (Brazilian labor law).
Experience with employee engagement/climate methodologies, performance management, corporate learning and early talent management.
