About this role
Role Overview
Primary point of contact for our partner clinics
Handle inquiries via email, phone and ticketing systems
Maintain and manage customer accounts and contacts in Salesforce
Create and analyze reports related to support requests
Support the planning and delivery of training sessions
Maintain internal work instructions and drive process improvements
Requirements
Experience in customer support, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
Confident and experienced use of digital tools and systems
Ability to quickly learn new applications (e.g., CRM systems like Salesforce)
Self-motivated and organized – able to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in parallel
Very good German (C1) and good English skills, both written and spoken
