You are responsible for the strategic conception and further development of UGC and social media strategies for complex clients
You oversee project management at a senior level and are accountable for the quality and goal achievement of all measures
You develop data-driven, platform-specific strategies with a clear focus on performance and business impact
You lead editorial and campaign planning and manage their implementation across teams
You analyze cross-channel performance, derive strategic recommendations, and present results to clients
You oversee creator and influencer collaborations at a strategic level and develop scalable approaches
You are responsible for overall planning and quality assurance of productions and shoots
You work closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders and optimize processes and collaboration
You actively support pitches and the sales team with strategic and conceptual input
You provide mentoring and functional leadership within the team and help develop team members

You have at least 4–6 years of experience in project or account management within social media, ideally with agency experience
You are passionate about social media outcomes as well as sourcing and communicating with creators and influencers
You are highly familiar with post and ad formats across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest)
You have managed clients from various industries and of different sizes
Your outstanding presentation skills convince both internal and external stakeholders
You are comfortable in front of the camera and have produced your own content
You work solution-oriented, structured, analytical, and independently
Ideally, you are willing to travel occasionally during the year to accompany shoots
Excellent German (C1) and good English (B2), both written and spoken
