About this role

Execute and/or control the settlement of receivables via SAP and bank files, ensuring the integrity of customer balances.
Perform reconciliations of incoming financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of accounting records.
Support cash closing and control of received funds, ensuring traceability of movements.
Handle open items, including identification of unidentified deposits and customer deductions/adjustments.
Interface with internal areas (Billing, Accounting, Commercial/Sales) and banking institutions for operational support.
Respond to service requests related to the department's processes, ensuring compliance with policies and SLAs.

Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
Previous experience in administrative and financial routines
Knowledge of SAP
Prior experience in verifying amounts, documents, and postings
Oriented to policies, procedures, and internal controls
Knowledge of banking platforms
