Define, develop and communicate the product’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead the creation and prioritization of the Product Backlog, taking into account value, risk, dependencies and customer impact.
Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Work closely and continuously with development, UX and data teams.
Facilitate and actively participate in agile ceremonies (Planning, Refinement, Review and Retrospective).
Validate deliveries, ensuring quality, adherence to requirements and value realization.
Manage and align expectations of strategic stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision making.
Monitor and analyze product metrics (OKRs, KPIs, NPS, usage and conversion metrics).
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation and process optimization.
Support the mentoring and development of more junior Product Owners.

Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
Solid experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in an equivalent role.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset combined with practical execution.
Experience with product and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.).
