Role Overview
Focus on Alibaba products: You are responsible for selling Alibaba products and positioning them strategically to new prospective customers.
Cold outreach with real support: You actively contact pre-qualified companies provided by our dedicated lead generation team. You focus fully on conducting conversations and closing sales — additional research is possible but not required.
Identify potential & persuade: You can spot prospects' needs and convince them with the appropriate solutions from our portfolio.
Conduct effective calls: With a high volume of calls and a clear structure, you lead goal-oriented telephone conversations — professionally, persuasively, and engagingly.
Professional presentation: You design initial meetings and digital presentations to build long-term, profitable client relationships.
Requirements
Sales experience: You have actively sold before — for example via phone sales, field sales, or inside B2B sales — and you want to develop further in a targeted way.
Customer orientation & closing skills: You can excite prospects, spot sales opportunities, and confidently lead deals to signature.
Excellent communication & organizational skills: You communicate clearly and precisely, work in a solution
and priority-oriented way, and have professional-level German skills as well as fluent English and French, both spoken and written.
Comfort with technology: Digital tools are a means to an end for you — you use them to sell better and more efficiently.
