Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and create marketing programs that generate high-quality leads and support the sales pipeline.
Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, workshops, account-based initiatives, and regional conferences, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Collaborate closely with priority channel and alliance partners to execute joint go-to-market opportunities targeting mutual potential customers.
Identify and engage with key industry influencers and associations to build strong relationships and increase awareness for the Semperis solutions.
Assist in creating localized marketing content, including sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and website content, to support demand generation and thought leadership initiatives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and make data-driven improvement recommendations.
Manage the LATAM marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activities, and incorporate these insights into marketing strategies and plans.
Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and alignment with the company's overall marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience (3-5 years) in enterprise B2B field marketing ideally within the cybersecurity industry or a related technology sector.
Solid knowledge of the LATAM cybersecurity market, including key players, industry trends, and customer needs.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including events and digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign performance.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is required.
Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Team player, able to collaborate effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.
Experience using Salesforce, Wrike, Marketo, Microsoft Office apps tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
