Role Overview
- Lead and manage strategic plans and roadmaps, technology and capital investments
- Guide instrumentation, data, and control systems strategies in the areas of technology, skills, and process development
- Manage employees and managers performing activities within multiple Engineering disciplines
- Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures
- Acquire resources for organizational activities and provides technical management
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 8+ years of experience leading and/or managing a team
- 3+ years of experience developing or managing instrumentation and data systems
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
