Role Overview
- Partner with functional experts across BT&E organization to ensure processes are well documented and compliant
- Facilitate cross-functional teams focused on single business processes
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and recording, communicating results
- Collect, analyze and document requirements from process owners
- Support strategic planning efforts by researching established procedures and guidelines
- Help evolve data analysis methods to guide teams in analytics maturity
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 5+ years experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- 3+ years experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
- 3+ years experience developing compliance and process documents
- 3+ years experience with document and records management
- Experience with system architectures ensuring that application integration into the overall system architecture
- Experience with technical writing and editing
