About this role
Role Overview
- Assist clients with their homeowners and auto insurance needs
- Answer coverage questions, provide personalized advice, and process policy changes
- Proactively contact clients regarding policy renewals
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and SMS
- Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and log follow-up activities in our CRM
- Work closely with the customer service team
- Contribute to developing strategies to increase customer retention and overall satisfaction
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
- Progress to a senior role within our insurance team or a team lead position after your first 2 years with us
Requirements
- You hold a valid AMF license
- At least 2 years' experience as an insurance broker or agent
- At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Quick learner with an interest in technology
