Integrate data from multiple operational systems across the Husqvarna system landscape.
Ensure high data quality, consistency, and availability for reporting, analytics, and advanced use cases.
Develop and maintain analytics-ready data models that enable self-service analytics and advanced analysis.
Perform advanced data analysis to support supply chain performance, efficiency, and decision-making.
Drive the digitalization of global operations through data-driven tools, automation, and analytics solutions.
Translate operational challenges into scalable data and analytics solutions.
Act as a key data partner to global operations and supply chain teams.
Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
A few years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, data science, or business intelligence, preferably within supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
Hands-on experience with data pipelines, data modeling, and analytics platforms.
Ability to both build reliable data foundations and use data to generate insights.
Experience driving development, improvement, or change initiatives in a global organization is highly valued.
Informal leadership or change management experience is a strong advantage.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar.
Strong skills in data analysis.
Experience with tools such as Databricks or similar data and analytics platforms.
Experience with Python or similar languages for data engineering and analytics is highly valued.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
