As a Senior Service Designer at Electrolux, you will play a critical role in designing, improving, and optimizing services that meet both user needs and business objectives.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop innovative service solutions, ensuring a seamless and impactful customer experience.
Your expertise in service design tools and methodologies, and your ability to lead projects from concept to implementation will be key to your success in this role.
You will help to create and measure the key performance indicators to follow the quality of the services.
Develop and implement service strategies that align seamlessly with business objectives and user needs.
Facilitate workshops and lead stakeholder sessions to develop innovative service concepts.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex projects from inception to completion.
Conduct comprehensive qualitative research, including briefing, scripting, interviews, analysis, and reporting, to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Create service blueprints, journey maps, business model canvas, value proposition, and prototypes to visualize, test, and refine service concepts.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated service solutions.
Oversee the implementation of services, ensuring alignment with the project objectives.
Create, monitor, and evaluate service performances using key metrics to drive ongoing improvements and ensure success.
Work collaboratively in an agile environment, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and embracing agile principles.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design and related fields, extension courses in Design Thinking and Service Design.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in service design or a related role, with a proven track record of successful projects.
Experience partnering with highly technical cross-functional teams.
Basic skills in UI/UX software (i.e. Figma, Adobe...)
