Develop strong hooks, angles and storylines for video ads on Meta, TikTok & YouTube
Write ad scripts for founder ads, testimonials, UGCs, comparisons, myth-busting, POV formats and more
Create short, actionable creator briefs in close collaboration with our Creative Strategist
Work closely with video editors & the performance marketing team to iteratively optimize creatives
Analyze performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA) and derive new test ideas
Build and maintain an internal swipe file with tested frameworks, learnings & best practices
Requirements
Several years of copywriting experience for paid social / direct response, ideally in e‑commerce or DTC
Deep understanding of Meta & TikTok platform mechanics and creative trends
Ability to write compelling scripts — clear, entertaining, with story and proof
Analytical mindset and a feel for performance KPIs
Strong language skills (German at native level, good English)
Team-player mentality and enthusiasm for rapid iterations with measurable impact
Nice to have: experience in UGC briefing & creator management
Basic knowledge of editing, captioning, or motion design
Experience with tools such as Notion, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace
