As part of the Creative department, you will be responsible for defining and executing social media plans for social media platforms within the automotive industry.
In your day-to-day life you will collaborate with strategists, creative copywriters, content specialists, content managers, among many others.
Your task could cover anything from the start of the brief, to executing visual concepts.
The work done in the Creative department is the cornerstone of our agency, and a team of people and departments work together towards building ideas powered by people.
Creating short from video scripts and short-form videos (Capcut use is mandatory).
Develop and manage editorial plans.
Creating visual scripts and briefs for the realisation of contents.
Publish content and monitor community reactions.
Engage with the community through comment moderation.
Presenting to clients, ability to rationalize communication strategies, and to manage constructive dialogue.
Ideation for concepts, content and format ideas.
Supporting the team on answering the clients brief.
Understanding culture and communities.
Analyze and interpret channel performance metrics.
Requirements
Stay informed and up-to-speed on the automotive industry, with a specific focus on the luxury supercars and racing segments.
Be up-to-date on social media trends.
Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms and formats.
Excellent written and spoken English (bilingual Italian and UK English preferred).
Always looking for new and inspiring references, ready to share them with the creative team, but also with other departments.
Strong organizational skills and a high level of precision.
Appreciation for great work and good ideas. Always seeking something new and pushing the boundaries in the art direction front.
Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns Always able to convert "our" social specialist knowledge into creative excellence.
Ability to work autonomously, and happy to team up with different creatives.
Flexible and versatile, that’s to say able to easily adjust to make immediate changes in response to shifting or evolving situations.
