Responsible for the cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Terraform)
Ensure reliable deployments through the CI/CD landscape (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
Develop self-service capabilities together with the Enabler team
Define clear SLIs and SLOs for critical services
Responsible for technical security and compliance posture
Lead the DevOps team and establish processes

Minimum 5 years' experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
At least 2 years in a senior or lead role
Strong hands-on expertise with Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS preferred), GitOps, and observability (Datadog)
Deep knowledge of AWS (IAM, VPC, MSK/Kafka, RDS, S3)
Experience with Azure or GCP is a plus
Infrastructure security knowledge: Network Policies, secrets management, container scanning, IAM design, understanding of ISO 27001
Experience leading a small team and collaborating with stakeholders
Ability to clearly translate infrastructure topics into business impact and bring a true builder mindset
