Maintain dashboards, workspaces, and project artifacts
Monitor tickets, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups
Support intake, prioritization, and workflow management
Enable cost-benefit analysis through structured data gathering
Own recurring and ad-hoc reporting
Assist with executive decks and leadership updates
Consolidate inputs across PMs, BAs, and stakeholders to assist Corp Strategy leadership direction
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and cadence across tools
Support PMO processes and coverage
Perform quality assurance
Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Requirements
1+ years of related experience in Project Management or similar field
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including: sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services
Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Entry level to intermediate Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Entry level to intermediate Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
