Execute administrative activities, ensuring communication-related tasks are completed on time; contribute to procurement planning by obtaining quotes and performing technical analysis of materials, and control invoice billing with suppliers using the computerized system.
Support the organization of the concessionaire's events for internal and external audiences, including social gatherings, workshops, ceremonies and formal events.
Contribute to maintaining the employer brand.
Preserve Motiva's visual identity.
Assist in measuring media coverage related to the company's image, evaluating media impact and coverage among opinion leaders.
Collaborate on internal communication to inform and motivate employees through announcements, internal initiatives and campaigns.
Monitor the creation and development of campaigns, assessing Motiva's needs;
Requirements
Completed high school education
Valid driver's license (Category B)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized systems
Experience with administrative routines
Must reside in Porto Alegre or nearby areas
Training or experience in Communications or Marketing is a plus
Event experience is a plus
