As our growth lead, your primary focus will be PLG-driven acquisition, activation and conversion, while also collaborating with our sales team on SLG motion when needed (e.g., supporting lead gen, targeted campaigns, ABM, or funnel intelligence).
Own the full PLG acquisition funnel
from traffic generation to sign-up and activation
and continuously optimise it.
Design and run growth experiments across SEO, paid, organic, outbound and content distribution.
Develop, test and optimise landing pages, signup flows and website messaging to maximise conversion rates.
Analyse user behaviour and funnel metrics to find friction points and experiment with solutions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product to align PLG with SLG and broader go-to-market initiatives.
Keep a pulse on growth trends in legal, AI and B2B growth —and actively bring new ideas to the table.
Requirements
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; you enjoy digging into data and making decisions based on metrics.
A clear understanding of user behaviour, motivation and decision psychology.
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and experimentation tools.
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and others to accelerate execution.
A solid understanding of SEO, landing page optimisation and PLG experimentation frameworks.
Creativity paired with executional speed

Ability to prioritise and operate with high ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship.
