Specialize in various types of automated electrical/mechanical components and manufacturing equipment/facilities
Review existing manufacturing equipment and become familiar with OEM’s manufacturing build protocol
Ensure that the correct preventative maintenance procedures are in place
Develop and implement machine monitoring strategies
Prepare presentations and reports detailing the Operational Equipment Effectiveness on assets you support
Aid in developing standard specifications for future equipment purchases
Requirements
Level 2 Bachelor's degree in STEM, with a minimum 2 years of related engineering experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with manufacturing processes, equipment, or manufacturing facilities support/maintenance
Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment
Proficient in Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Power BI
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance with the capability for SAP access.
Level 3 Bachelor's degree in STEM, with a minimum of 5 years of related engineering experience; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or 1 year with a PhD.
Ability to negotiate and consult with vendors as required to maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
