Role Overview
- Produce content and materials for digital training in various formats, including videos, audio, PDFs, infographics, and interactive learning objects using Genial.ly
- Organize and manage activities aimed at developing learning objects.
Requirements
- Comfortable with technology
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of AI-powered authoring tools
- Knowledge of video editing tools
- Knowledge of video production/editing tools
- Knowledge of InVideo (preferred)
- Knowledge of Genial.ly (preferred)
- Experience with LMS/LXP learning platforms (preferred)
- Effective communication skills
- Open and receptive to innovation
- Experience in corporate training
- Ability to produce content in multiple formats
- Experience designing effective learning experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively
