Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors and external consultants
Handling accrual and deferral postings (receivables, provisions, prepaid expenses and deferred income, etc.)
Support during tax audits by the financial authorities
Preparation of VAT advance returns
Reconciliation of general ledger and subledger accounts
Optimization of processes and workflows within the finance function
Participation in process design projects, including ERP system enhancements
Contribution to the development of policies and support for their implementation
Close collaboration with management and external advisors (e.g., auditors, tax inspectors)

Commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration/economics
Relevant further qualifications desirable (e.g., Certified Balance Sheet Accountant (IHK) or Tax Specialist), but not mandatory
Relevant professional experience in accounting
Preferably experience in the listed areas of responsibility
Experience with an ERP system
Team player with an independent, proactive work style
