Evolve our observability platform, focusing on monitoring, data analysis, and continuous operational improvement.
Develop and refine monitoring and alerts on the Splunk platform.
Create operational and analytical dashboards.
Implement log and metric ingestion and parsing.
Build advanced queries using SPL.
Help reduce false positives and improve alert effectiveness.
Support technical analyses during incidents by investigating root causes and proposing improvements.
Contribute to expanding monitoring coverage across the environment.

Strong experience with Splunk in production environments
Hands-on experience with:
Ingestion of logs and events (Data Inputs)
Creation of sourcetypes and field extraction
Development of dashboards and visualizations
Implementation of alerts and event correlation
Proficiency in SPL (Search Processing Language) for creating advanced queries
Experience with observability (logs, metrics, and application monitoring)
Experience in incident analysis and troubleshooting in production environments
Knowledge of Linux
Experience with cloud environments and/or distributed architectures (microservices)
Experience with Splunk Observability Cloud — a plus
Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana
Experience with automation (Python or Bash)
Experience with Kubernetes and containers
Experience in high-volume environments (e.g., fintechs, payments)
