coordination with the Part 145 Repair Station Chief Inspector and managing compliance with the Repair Station Manual, Quality Control Manual, and the approved Training program
Own the calibration program, including coordination of shipping and tracking all calibrated instruments used by EcoServices, LLC and its affiliates located worldwide
Lead overall auditing program including following up with Corrective Action requirements as necessary
Administer training records
Assist with the inspection of repair station records for compliance with the FAA approved quality system
Manage and ensure completeness of all records that require revisions due to deficiencies noted
Assist with FAA and customer surveillance audits when requested
Complete all necessary corrective action requests and provide feedback to the auditor within the deadline noted in the discrepancy report
Requirements
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Minimum 5 years of commercial aviation experience
Experience with FAA Part 145 environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with quality, calibration, or training databases
Auditing: 3 years (C.A.S.E. standards preferred)
Quality Assurance: 3 years (Aviation preferred)
Aviation Training: 2 years (Preferred)
FAA Part 65 Aviation Airframe & Powerplant Certification (Preferred)
US Driver's License (Required)
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificate or similar type (Preferred)
