About this role
Role Overview
Support and manage our customers
Plan and lead onboarding projects with new clients
Empower existing customers through account management, training, and support
Work closely with the product team
Identify customer requirements and challenges
Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for further development of Ankaadia
Requirements
Some experience in customer support, ideally in a B2B software environment, a staffing agency, or the HR field
Passion for innovative software products and confidence using them
Targeted and confident communication skills and a proactive approach
Experience creating self-service content, e.g., user documentation, help center articles, or training and onboarding videos
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Preferably a degree in business, communications, social sciences, or a comparable qualification
A sense of humor and a desire to enjoy your work
