Prepare proposals, cost estimates, liaise with manufacturers, and present all proposals;
Evaluate, implement, and provide technical support for security solutions, including cloud backup and SaaS backup for Office 365 and Google Workspace.
Successfully executed proofs of concept (PoCs), providing dedicated support and efficient troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborated effectively with bilingual vendors to deliver solutions to clients.
Organize and analyze data to derive performance indicators for administrative and operational processes, using the Quality Operating System (SOQ).
Responsible for monitoring and implementing updates to improve Quality Management System (QMS) documents (QMS Overview) and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as the focal point for security monitoring and incident response (SOC) solutions, SIEM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), vulnerability management and remediation, DLP, CASB, and security awareness projects in information security.
Work with the following products (primary experience): SOC/MSS, IBM QRadar SIEM, SenhaSegura PAM, Forcepoint (DLP, CASB, SWG, SASE), Vicarius Vulnerability and Remediation Management, and Proofpoint Security Awareness training.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
Preferably hold a postgraduate degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
Practical experience with solutions such as Check Point, Imperva, Semperis, Pentera, Zscaler, among others, with a continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn.
Strong knowledge of systems: firewalls, networking, and endpoints.
