Own accounting and reporting for the Antech Diagnostics France entity
Prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts (including bank, fixed assets, accruals and prepayments) and resolve discrepancies
Produce financial reports, including monthly close, profit & loss statements and cost accounting reports
Perform variance analysis and ensure accurate recording of revenues and expenses
Maintain the fixed asset register, monitor capital expenditure and support annual budgeting and forecasting
Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Partner with cross-functional teams, provide financial insights and drive continuous process improvements

A bachelor’s degree in business accounting or related field
Proven experience in a similar role as an Accountant
Prior experience with a Big4 in accounting, audit FMGC experience is a plus
Experience with financial statement reporting obligations, including an understanding of US GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
Organised with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel (i.e. pivots, VLOOKUP's), and PowerPoint
Knowledge of IFS8 system is a plus.
