- Leading a function dedicated to designing a strategy to drive internal control discipline and operational excellence
- Ensuring capabilities are in place to drive the day-to-day execution of the Operational Risk Management Framework
- Providing oversight and establishing effective quality assurance and control processes
- Engaging with stakeholders to identify issues and control improvements for remediation
- Acting as an ambassador of the risk culture
- Overseeing the assessment of the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of business controls and issue management experience
- Experience in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management
- Prior leadership experience
- Ability to influence across stakeholders
