Confer with Director of Foundation Drilling and site Superintendent to outline workplan and assign duties
Bid preparation including specifications, drawings, budgets, schedules, submittals, RFI’s, etc.
Plans, coordinates, inspects and directs operations for all assigned construction projects
Responsible for meeting project and/or facility requirements and adherence to regulations
Creates and reviews job orders, change orders and their estimates
Acquires all pertinent permits
Previews all drawings for delivery to clients or for construction
Responsible for project construction budget
Ensures projects are inspected for work quality and design requirements
Conduct project status meetings; confirm and coordinate milestones and job needs
Reviews and authorizes material orders
Prepares final job acceptance ensuring final punch list items are resolved
Ensure customer needs/issues are resolved in a timely manner
Enforce a culture of safety on-site

Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience
Field construction management experience (4-8 years, including supervisory skills)
Problem-solving ability and strong sense of urgency
Organizational and communication skills
Drafting and computer skills
Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting
Thorough understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating)
