Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze business requirements
Understand business change needs, assess the impact of those changes, capture, analyze and document requirements and then support the communication and delivery of those requirements with relevant parties
Elaborate design documentation on the basis of information gathered by SMEs
Communicate and confirm requirements with customers’ counterparts
Work with project and technical teams to document features and optimize functionality where necessary
Requirements
At least 2 years experience on a similar position, preferably in multinational environment
Fluency in both French and English
Excellent technical writing skills
Strong analytical skills and methodical approach to work
Good command of Excel, SQL, Confluence
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of concepts of software system engineering
Proactivity and ability to work independently and with little supervision
Capability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Knowledge of main principles of insurance business will be considered as an advantage
